The Public Revenue Office “Annual Report for 2008” marks one more year of the 66-th year work of the Macedonian Tax Administration. The publication presents the most important indicators and figures on taxes and it is a significant source of information to introduce you to the results of the Tax Administration in the past 2008, and economic and tax issues in Republic of Macedonia.

On 2 April 2009 in Brussels, Belgium it was held the 4th Fiscalis Committee on which it was present the National Coordination Team from the Republic of Macedonia, responsible for the implementation of the Fiscalis 2013 program.

In direction to promote the bilateral cooperation, from 22 to 24 April 2009 in Skopje and Ohrid, at the invitation of the Public Revenue Office was present the delegation of the Albanian Tax administration.

Citizens, as taxpayers of Personal Income Tax, are obliged to register the realized income during 2008 in the Public Revenue Office, by submitting the Annual Tax Return (“PIT – ATR” form). The tax returns are submitted from 1st of January 2009 latest to 15th of March 2009 when the legal deadline for submitting the form ‘’PIT – ATR” expire. You can deliver the Annual Tax Return in the tax offices of the Public Revenue Office or by mail. Annual Tax Return has to be submitted by citizens/residents of the Republic of Macedonia for the realized income in the country and abroad.
