From 23th to 25th of May 2007, delegation of Public Revenue Office led by the General Director of PRO, Mr. Goran Trajkovski, will stay on working meeting of Tax and Financial Control Administration of Hungary. The purpose is to establish bilateral cooperation and exchanging experiences in tax working, especially in the part of external audit, risk analysis and work of the Large Taxpayers Offices.

Within the framework of the visit, Mr. Goran Trajkovski will have meeting with the President of the Tax and Financial Control Administration of Hungary, Mr. Janos Szikora and General Director of Large Taxpayers Office, Mr. Istvan Juhasz.

The bilateral cooperation and the working meeting of the Hungarian Tax Administration is part of the Project – PRO modernization, which are realized in cooperation and technical support from FAD mission of International Monetary Fund.

Because of the necessity for implementation of the international standards of tax working which are enforced by euro–integration process of RM, Public Revenue Office in the past period has established bilateral cooperation with tax institutions from the region and EU members. Our goal and obligation is to create modern tax administration which will serve as model in the public sector and will be part of the family of the European tax agencies.
