Within the framework of realizing the planned strategy for development and modernization of its own work, the Public Revenue Office of Republic of Macedonia constituted ADVISORY BOARD OF TAXPAYERS OF MACEDONIA, as one of the foreseen activities which lead to confirmation of the intention for creating new approach in functioning of Public Revenue Office.

First constitutive assembly of Advisory Board of Taxpayers of Macedonia was held in Parliamentary Club in Skopje, 7 November 2008/Friday/.
Advisory Board of Taxpayers of Macedonia is foreseen to work as advisory body within the framework of Public Revenue Office and the goal is through the members – organizations and associations in Macedonia (Chambers of Commerce, associations of accountants, auditors, tax advisors….), taxpayers to be included in planning the services and activities of PRO which directly affect their working, concerning:

• Establishing direct communication and cooperation for permanent exchange of information and attitudes which will contribute for understanding the situations and attitudes of both concerned sides – PRO and taxpayers.
• Discussions about new legislative decisions, introducing and completely harmonizing about new tax decisions.
• Location, modification and upgrading of eventually unsaid or unfavorable formulation in acts on which is based the work of PRO.
