Tax Academy - Workshop on “Methods and Procedures for Application of Transfer Pricing”
Skopje - On 20 and 21st of November 2013, in h.Arka, the Tax Academy in cooperation with the Instrument for Technical Assistance and Exchange of Information - TAIEX held a workshop on “Methods and Procedures for Application of Transfer Pricing”.
At the workshop, the experts from the tax administrations of the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of France, presented the application of transfer pricing in their countries, the regulations and guidelines of the OECD and the method for establishing the “Arm `s Length Principle”, while the experts from the consulting house PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) presented their experience with transfer pricing.
