Skopje - In cooperation with the Instrument for technical assistance and exchange of information - TAIEX, in the period from 17 to 19 October 2012 in the Contact Center of the PRO was held an Expert Mission on "Enforced collection of debts incurred in other EU countries." At the Mission participated tax officials working in the area of enforced collection, assessment and collection of taxes and legal matters in the PRO, and Barbara Vasle - Slovenian expert.
On the first day, the participants were reviewing the organizational structure and responsibilities of the Sector for enforced collection of the PRO, as well as the European Union Council Directive on mutual assistance in the recovery of claims relating to certain levies, duties, taxes and other measures.

Over the next two days the topics of the expert mission were the formulating draft provisions for forced collection on Tax Procedure Law, to implement the requirements of the foreign country requesting. At the end of the mission were specified future activities for the finalization and implementation of the proposed legislation.
