Do we need only to manage or to be a leader, is the main focus of the Program "Leadership and Management" which started to be implemented in the Public Revenue Office.
The program aims to establish continuous training of the management in the tax administration and improve their management capabilities.

The first training was held from May 30 to June 1, 2011 in Skopje and the participants had the opportunity to learn more about operational management, the differences between management and leadership, strategic planning and control, performance management, change management and crises management, and methods to improve business processes ...

Within the program, in addition to senior management, in the following period a training for middle and low management in the PRO will be implemented.

Program “Leadership and Management” is realized within the Project "Support of Tax Reform”, financed by the European Union (IPA 2007) in cooperation with the Dutch project supported by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
