Training - Communication in crises

Within the IPA 2007 Project “Support to the Tax Reform” financed by the European Union, in the period 29 – 30 September 2011, in the premises of the PRO Contact Centre, it was realized a training regarding the efficient relations with the media and crises management.
During the two days training, the Regional Spokespersons and the PRO management had a possibility to get known with the “secrets” of the successful use of the techniques and tools of public relations, creation and spreading effective massages, prediction and dealing with the crisis...through the experience shared by the external and domestic experts for communication.
